My name is Cathy and I am a certified yoga teacher by RYT200.
I am specilized in teaching vinyasa flows and you're welcome to raise your demands.
Yoga offers what you wants from it - to find your balance, to be more flexible, to find a healthy way of life, to escape from the stress for just a mat time? Anything you ask for, there's always a feedback. You get to start from somewhere, why not join me and find out?
My teaching is conducted in English/Chinese.

My class welcomes all levels of students.
You are welcome to raise your needs and feedbacks. My job is help you to find your own practice. Yoga is not only a workout, I am here to guide you through movements with conscious, to find the connection of your body and breath, your focus/awareness on the moment on the mat.
I am specialized in teaching vinyasa flows, but I am also offering restoractive/Yin yoga if you're looking for less dynamic practices. In all my class, we will cobmine movements and pranayama (breathing exercise).
I teach in English and Chinese.
