À propos de Natalie
Born in Sydney Australia, I trained + taught as a dancer throughout my childhood years. It wasn’t until I moved to the City of Lights in 2016 that I discovered the beautiful practice of yoga + fell in love with the Vinyasa practice.
Drawing on my experience in dance + love of functional fitness, my classes draw on creative sequencing, catering for all levels from beginner to advanced asana practices with an emphasis on mobility, alignment, freedom of expression + precision.
My classes are delivered in English or in bilingual ‘franglais’.

My Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes are creative, dynamic + liberating classes designed to challenge the mind + body + create a beautiful connection between movement + breath. Classes can be personalised and adapted to your personal needs and goals.
Kids Yoga classes aim to help in raising healthy, happy + active children. Following the Rainbow Kids teaching method, my classes are FUN + aim to introduce students to all facets of a yoga practice using games, props, acro yoga, partner yoga etc.
Family Yoga classes aim to educate + mobilise families to create meaningful connections and create beautiful moments with each other.
Mum + Baby Yoga classes - the goal of these classes are for new mothers to regain strength + confidence after birth + create deep connection + bonds with their baby.
