À propos de Damian
My experience with yoga started in 2012 leading me to travel and study in India several times. I completed my 500 hrs YTTC as well as 18 months Yoga Philosophy Diploma and Usui Reiki Healing.
I am versed in Hatha Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita, Yoga Sutras, Tattva Bodha, Taittiriya Upanishad which is essential add on to the understanding of yoga.

All my classes are in English only.
I teach my classes beginning with physical relaxation, postures/asana as per individual need, breathwork, Pranayama, ending always with meditation and relaxation. The philosophy may come in as a suggestion when needed.
I always gently explain in each class what yoga/meditation is and what it is not.
On individual request I also offer Reiki healing sessions. It is a one to one session with detailed navigation to the source of the cause of physical or emotional unrest.
