My yoga classes are an hour long practice with meditation.
The classes are designed for individual, couple or small group setting.
Yoga practice is essential in our daily stressful life as it gives our body an internal boost through practicing Asanas (posters adopted to strengthen internal organs) and increased blood flows through rhythmic and controlled movements.

I am an experienced science teacher for U.S. public school and have been practicing yoga for the last 25 years while I received my initial training in India. I also have completed 200 hours yoga certification through Yoga Alliance, U.S.A. In the U.S.A. I was fortunate enough to practice yoga with many passionate instructors who are making yoga mainstream in Los Angeles. I incorporate meditation in my yoga practice while the body goes through a complete workout through strengthening, balancing, and flexibility process.
You can also add a massage with your yoga practice for an elevated experience to nurture your body and soul.
