I know what it's like to have a lot of weight, fat and quite honestly, SHAME, to lose.
I know the feeling of dread that the airplane seatbelt might not fit and the flight attendant has to give you an extender. I know how it feels to bring your own towel to the gym because the standard sizes are too small.
I have lost more than 12 dress sizes -- from a 24 (3x) to a 10-14. It feels freaking amazing when I put on a body conscious dress in a size 12 or heck, even a 10!
I went from being a couch potato to running races and playing sports!
