Hello! 你好！I'm Winnie Wang 老师
I'm from Beijing — yes, the vibrant capital where we eat hot candied hawthorns (冰糖葫芦) in the freezing winter and love a good traditional copper pot hotpot!
I’m currently a Master’s student at VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussel) in Belgium, and I hold an official Standard Mandarin Proficiency Certificate (普通话证书).
Whether you want to focus on Speaking, Listening, Reading, or Writing, I’ve got all your language needs covered! I can teach both Simplified and Traditional Chinese, depending on your goals (daily conversation, business Chinese, HSK preparation, or learning characters from scratch).
My biggest teaching style? Interactive and practical! In my class, YOU get to speak as much as possible — because active practice is the fastest way to real progress!
I can communicate smoothly in both English and Chinese, making the learning process clear, comfortable, and friendly for all levels.
Outside of teaching, I love music, reading, hotpot, and traveling around Europe.

Typical Lesson Structure:
• For Absolute Beginners: We start with the basics—Pinyin (initials, finals, and tones), practical daily greetings, and essential vocabulary to build a solid foundation.
• For Intermediate/Advanced Learners: I evaluate your current level and design a fully customized learning plan based on your goals (conversation practice, grammar refinement, reading, writing, or HSK preparation).
Teaching Details & Formats:
• Flexible Formats: I offer interactive online lessons (via Zoom/Teams) with clear digital notes, as well as in-person lessons in Brussels.
• Interactive Style: Focus on real-life application, correct pronunciation, and interactive practice so you feel confident speaking from Day 1.
