Do you feel a need for some sport activity?
Do you do dance/gymnastics/yoga and you want to improve your flexibility?
Have you been always dreaming of achieving the splits and other cool stuff?

Well, here‘s your chance!
I‘m a 20 years old student in Paris.
I‘ve been dancing since I was 6 years old (ballet, modern, jazz, etc.).
In paralel, I did 6 years of rhytmic gymnastics.
I have a year of experience in working with my own dance group (children, 4-10 y/o).

This year I‘m in the capital of France and I offer you this unique opportunity to do sports without leaving your room. All that you need is a little bit of free space (2 square metres will do) and a little bit of motivation. If you feel too lazy to go to the gym, I‘ll come at your place!

Stretching suits everybody. All age and levels are welcome. We‘ll discuss everything and chose the best plan personally for you. It might be just some relaxing exercises to lose the tension after a hardwork day or a set of complex exercises to gain an advance level of flexibility.
