À propos d'Analiz
My name is Analiz, I have a degree in Physical Education from UFVJM - Brazil (2017) and during graduation I started studying Tai Chi and Qigong. I went on a 2-year program to China, where I could improve my skills in Chinese Martial Arts and Therapeutic practice - Qigong.
The Tai Chi that I teach is from some professionals in China, Brazil and France. The professor at the Beijing Sport University, Zong Wei Jie, Vilma Kurihara director of the Internal Wushu Department of the Brazilian Kung Fu Wushu Confederation, the first brazilian World's Champion of Bagua (2015) Tania Sakanaka and the teacher Xie Han that has trained many high-level French athletes such as the Xingyiquan world champion, Léo BENOUAICH in 2017.
The first experience with Internal Martial Arts was with the Chen style, then Wu and Yang Tai Chi, in addition to other techniques such as Tui Shou and Ba Gua Zhang.
In addition to Tai Chi, I had Qigong training in Beijing with Professor Hu Xiao Fei and Professor Yang Hui. I am 1st Duan of Health Qigong by the International Health Qigong Federation (2018) and formed by the Brazilian Society of Tai Chi Chuan and Oriental Culture (2017) in the 12 fundamental techniques of Qigong.

The Teaching Methodology is based on my studies, developed during the period I lived in China and on my commitment in science. The chinese philosophy and chinese medicine are also very important fundamentals of my practice.
The Tai Chi Chuan (or Taiji Quan) is a Chinese martial art that promotes many skills to the practitioners. Some of them are: balance (physical, mental and spiritual body), joint mobility, posture, stretching, lower limb strength, breathing regulation and concentration.
My planning for the class may vary according to each person.
But, normally, they start with body preparation and connection with the present moment.
1 - We bring attention to the body and breath at this time. -
2 - Afterwards, we practice Chinese meditation techniques (moving or static).
3 - Then we can improve the Tai Chi routines with hand, sword or fan movements. This part depends very much on each student's interests and developmental level.
4 - Finally, we ended with the self-massage.
The Tai Chi class taught by me can have a therapeutic focus, on the acquisition of physical and sporting skills. I'm trained in Qigong, so we might also practice some techniques during class.
OBS 1.: Classes only in English and Portuguese.
OBS 2.: The first class must be online.
