À propos de Scott
I absolutely love teaching. I have been an invited speaker, spoken at conferences internationally, been a guest lecturer at universities, and created lecture series for undergraduate and graduate students. In addition, I have taught adult courses for those without science backgrounds. I think too many scientists make things overly complicated - and I thrive in making scientific concepts digestible for a general audience. I also enjoy career coaching/mentoring. Throughout my undergraduate and graduate studies, I found it difficult to settle on a career (i.e., "what to do next") because I did not feel well informed about ALL of my options. Now that I'm in the private sector (biotech/pharma) and understand what the options are, I want to help others that are currently seeking career advice.
