I learned everything through private teachers, the internet, and other professionals.
My musical background includes classical music, jazz, blues, rnb, funk, folk, pop, hip hop, punk rock, hard rock and film music.
I surround myself with musicians, engineers, music entrepreneurs and event organisers.

I started music as a very young age. I was 6 years old when I first started the piano, taught myself the guitar and music production at 19 and have been DJ-ing for a year now.
I've learned everything from classical music to jazz, blues, funk, r&b, EDM, pop, Future House, Dubstep, house and everything in between.
I produce my own albums, and have all the necessary gear to get you started with music production.
My philosophy as a producer has always been the same:
I'm here to help you understand, articulate and express what's already inside of you so that you can go home with music that's made by you, and that you can be proud of.
To do this, we'll cover 7 areas :
1) your identity : who are you? what makes you, you? Who are your influences, what's your state of mind and why do you even want to make music in the first place?
2) arrangement and core concepts : how to craft intros, hooks, choruses, bridges and outros. How to build tension and release, call and response, and how to build a song from start to finish.
3) software : everything is done on computers now. You can be a country singer & songwriter, but you will end up using software to record yourself and mix & master your tracks. I typically use Logic Pro but also know my way around Ableton Live. Plus, making music on your laptop means you can take it anywhere with you.
4) sound design : how do you create sounds? Are you using hardware instruments, or synthesis? Which frequencies within those sounds are essential to your songs? And how do you combine and mix those sounds together to sound unique?
5) hardware : I can teach you to use anything from real instruments to drum machines, samplers and sound cards / interfaces.
6) theory & concepts : some theory is useful, so we'll cover some basic concepts if you're a beginner, but we can also dive further in if you are a more advanced student.
7) technical elements : I will teach you everything you need to know about essential elements like reverb, compression, delay, EQ-ing, filters, mixing and mastering
Management & communication skills are also an helping factor to stand out from the crowd in the music industry, so I can help you on these points too. I spent 3 years at Warner and Universal Music in London working for some of the biggest artists in the world, most notably : Dua Lipa, Stormzy, Coldplay, Gorillaz. Not as a producer, but I helped them market their records internationally. I was mentored by Amy Thomson (manager for DJ Snake, Swedish House Mafia & Kanye West), and translated her book on artist management to French. You will receive a free copy, and we can take a look at appropriate structures for you depending on your musical identity, eg. having your own label or collective.
