I'm an English teacher with 8 years of experience and a passion for people. I teach kids as young as 9 years old and adults as old as 90. As an exception, I can take 91 and above if you have war stories, grampa (^_^)
If your kiddo is struggling at school, I can help them catch up.
If that upcoming exam is challenging, I can help them ace it.
If you want to take the IELTS exam, I will make it seem easy.
If you're an adult and looking for a professional upgrade, I can help you prepare for that job interview and master the English needed in your new position. I have helped clients get jobs at Amazon, the European Parliament, the Mars chocolate factory; helped them move to Australia and the UK; and helped them enroll at the Taiwan University of Business Administration.

You will speak a lot in my classes. I will listen and guide the conversation by asking questions. I would love it if we could focus on your personal interests / topics. The more you like the topic, the more pleasant the class will be. Whatever topic you wish to speak about, I will do my research, bring relevant materials, and we can read them and speak about them.
If your focus is writing, I can prepare creative-writing sessions for you, with customized tasks.
If public speaking is your focus, I will help you expand your vocabulary, structure your thoughts, and deliver a speech worthy of a TED talk.
If grammar is your focus, I have plenty of pages with theory and self-correcting exercises.
Whatever your focus may be, the goal is enjoying our time in class. A happy brain learns the quickest.
