Naturopathy seeks to identify underlying symptom patterns that indicate how the body is or has become dysfunctional. The treatment is focused on treating the root as well as the presenting symptoms. Every human being is unique in its way of thinking and living. To accept yourself as you are can be a big challenge. For getting and staying healthy, it is important for you to know and accept your own body consciously again. We will find out together the imbalances and dysfunctions and a way to bring back a balance. Each unbalance and illness can be seen as a chance to bring a change in one or more areas of your life to create the possibility for further development and growth.

Grown up in Germany and interested in alternative medicines from an early age on, I decided one day to become a naturopath. This paved the way for me to study Chinese medicine, craniosacrale therapy and other treatment methods. I got trained and certified in Germany. How the human body works and the different ways to bring him back into balance fascinate me. In 2015 I took the decision to leave my home country, sold everything and went to Asia. A long journey started and I spent a lot of time in India where I met my partner who is originally from France. In October 2016 we moved to Paris et voilà!
