À propos de Debarati
I am a national scholar student of India, with a Masters in Dramatic Arts. Currently I am studying in L'École Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq, Paris. I have a P.G Diploma in Three year's residential Dramatic Arts course from The National school of Drama, New Delhi, India. I am seasoned in Indian Classical training Methods for body and Mind. I have training in Yoga, classical Indian dance, Koodiyattam, Chhau, Therukothu and Kalaripayattu I have also successfully attended Meditation classes during my training and The Vipassana Medication course in Bodh Gaya, India.

The Method is to approach the accumulation of the body and the mind in a same point, and thus triggers the growth of a dynamic personality. The discipline works on the flexibility and strength of the body along with the breathing. The breathing is the core tool of the meditation discipline.
The journey will cover-
Warm up> the Yoga Asana>Pranayama>Meditation>The Savashana.
The Savashana will conclude the class with the relaxation of the body and mind.
The yoga postures will introduce the strength of the core, develop the system and flexibility which makes the body perfect to hold a healthy mind. the method of meditation will clean the ill baggage of the mind. Indeed, the discipline will lead each individual towards a positive and healthy living and blooming of the soul. Extremely useful for people in art practice.
