À propos de Martina
I started my path at the age of 15, when a scoliosis was found in my spine. I was told to train, but I did not get real help fromthe doctors and I did not know much about anything. Later I disscovered yoga and pilates and the symptoms almost vanished.
I upgraded my knowledge with courses with certified teachers and coaches and my own practice, reading and disscovering through my own experience.
I trully believe in combination of different approaches, from yoga and strenght. For me, it was a life saver.
I just moved to Paris and am just starting to learn french.
I am a filmaker, artist and body coach, with more then 15 years of experience.
