I cook with love — because food is memory, it’s culture, it’s a way to connect.
And teaching others to cook ? That’s my way of sharing a piece of home, a bit of history, and a whole lot of flavor.

Ever wanted to make a perfect Persian stew or bake a gorgeous batch of baklava, but felt unsure where to start ?
I’m here to guide you – step-by-step, online or in person if you're in Tehran.
Before each class, I’ll send you a simple shopping list so you can get everything ready in your own kitchen. Then, when we meet, we’ll cook together from scratch. I’ll be right there with you – chopping, simmering, tasting, and answering all your questions as we go. No experience needed, just your enthusiasm and appetite !
We’ll dive into rich stews like Ghormeh Sabzi, juicy kebabs, and delicate desserts, all while sharing stories and techniques behind these beautiful dishes.
So if you’re ready to fill your kitchen with the smells of saffron, herbs, and happiness, I’d love to cook with you.
