À propos de Dhami
I am Jeevan, a professional bansuri teacher from India. I hold a Master’s degree in Music (specialising in bansuri) and have cleared the NET exam. I have been teaching online since 2017, with students across India, the USA, and Europe. Being trained in the Banaras Gharana tradition, I ensure that students get authentic knowledge as well as the joy of music.

Namaste, My name is Jeevan Dhami, and I am a professional Bansuri (Indian bamboo flute) instructor based in Patna, India. I hold a Master’s degree in Music, have successfully qualified the UGC-NET examination, and bring over nine years of experience in teaching the bansuri. I have been conducting online lessons since 2017 and have also worked as a music lecturer in government colleges, which has strengthened my academic and practical approach to teaching. I received my formal training from the Faculty of Performing Arts, IIT BHU, and I follow the authentic Banaras Gharana tradition, known for its rich classical heritage. This background allows me to offer students a learning experience that combines strong technical foundation, theoretical clarity, and the spiritual depth of Indian classical music. While there are many flute instructors on this platform, my focus is on guiding students toward a pure and traditional understanding of the bansuri, along with the freedom to explore bhajans, Bollywood melodies, meditation music, and classical ragas according to their interests. For me, the bansuri is more than a musical instrument — it is a source of inner balance, concentration, and happiness. I make sure that every student, whether a beginner or an advanced learner, experiences continuous progress, confidence, and inspiration in each lesson.

Précisions
My lesson fee is €25 per hour for one-to-one online classes. I also offer discounted packages for students who book multiple lessons in advance. Short introductory or trial sessions are available for beginners who wish to understand my teaching approach before committing. Lesson structure and content are customized according to the student’s level and learning goals.
