My classes are a space to reconnect with your body, build strength and flexibility with care, and discover the joy of moving mindfully. With a strong foundation in classical and contemporary dance, enriched by somatic practices, meditation, and improvisation, I guide each student with empathy, respect for their individual body, and a deep understanding of anatomy and expression. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced mover, each session meets you exactly where you are.
