À propos de Said
Why I Teach Arabic
I chose to teach Arabic because I believe language is a bridge that connects people, cultures, and ideas. Arabic is not just a language to me — it is a living heritage carrying centuries of literature, wisdom, and faith, and I feel a responsibility to pass this treasure on to others.
Teaching Arabic allows me to help people connect with the Quran and Islamic sciences in their original language, giving them a deeper and more authentic understanding of their faith. Beyond religion, I want to help learners appreciate Arabic's rich literary tradition, its poetry, and its role as a gateway to the Arab world's history and culture.
I also teach because I find genuine fulfillment in watching a student progress — from struggling with the alphabet to confidently reading, writing, and speaking. Every small breakthrough a student makes reminds me why I chose this path.
Finally, I believe that by teaching Arabic, I am contributing to greater understanding between cultures, helping non-native speakers build real connections with Arabic-speaking communities around the world.
