À propos de Yohann

I have been teaching french for more than 5 years in London, China and New Zealand.
I mainly worked at the Alliance française but also taught on my own.
I helped students to get their TEF / TCF / TEFAQ / DELF being also and an official examiner.

My name is Yohann and I am a French native speaker with a QUALIFICATION TO TEACH FRENCH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE. I also obtained a Master of Education (To be primary school teacher).

Experienced in language coaching, I am familiar with language teaching methods and I can tailor my lessons according to your objectives and fields of interests (business, law, scientific, art etc…).

HOW DO I STRUCTURE MY LESSONS:

I build my lessons through a communicative approach maximizing the use of the target language. Teaching all levels of the European Framework (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2)

My lessons are usually task-based and centered around practical functions. Grammar and vocabulary is taught in a very progressive way and always within a context.

During each lesson we will always work on four different skills such as speaking, listening, reading and writing (usually for homework) using a great variety of teaching materials reflecting real-life situations.

Each of my courses will aim at:

- Improving your listening and conversation skills
- Explaining grammar rules with cognitive methodology
- Introducing new vocabulary
- Enhancing your writing skills

Lessons can also be built around authentic documents such as videos/radios/articles/news from a certain level.

I'm also very familiar with skype lessons and use a teaching software helping with interaction.

Shuk Kwan est une super étudiante, intéressante et très motivée à apprendre le français ! Nos premiers cours se sont très bien passés et nous nous voyons toujours 3 fois par semaine. C'est un vrai plaisir de lui apprendre le français et d'échanger sur des sujets divers.
