À propos de Yasmine

Je suis une étudiante diplômée en mathématiques et statistiques à l'Université McGill. J'ai une grande passion pour enseigner et aider les autres à comprendre mes matières préférées. J'ai été Prof assistant pendant deux années consécutives à McGill, enseignant le calcul, l'algèbre linéaire et la statistique. Je suis également tutrice depuis plus de quatre ans maintenant, aidant des étudiants de différents niveaux de l'école primaire à l'université, sur différents sujets liés aux mathématiques et aux statistiques. Je maîtrise trois langues: anglais, français et arabe.

À propos du cours

Je m'assure toujours a ce que mes élèves comprennent les concepts de base des sujets qu'ils étudient. Je vise a leur apprendre à penser par eux-mêmes au lieu de simplement leur donner la solution. Je suis très patient et j'adapte toujours mon approche aux antécédents et aux capacités d'apprentissage de l’étudiant(e) . Plus important encore, chaque fois que je donne une leçon, j'essaie d'apprendre plus avec mes étudiants et surtout de m'amuser!

Parfait ! Yasmine is a very good and very patient tutor. She always has many ways to explain any concept to assure that you can grasp it 100%. I was able to take my grade from a 45% to 84% thanks to her.

I worked with Sanjeev for the whole semester, he made very much progress, he was very attentive and understood the materials quickly. He did the assignments and came prepared for the session. The sessions were fun with him, and I have always appreciate it his respect and flexibility.

Parfait ! Yasmine was one of the best tutors I've ever had! Her techniques were effective in helping me to grasp many topics in my math class. She was able to simplify difficult problems by applying them in real world scenarios, while also writing down the logic and procedures in our class notes, which were also super helpful and easy to figure out. If it weren't for her, I wouldn't be as confident about my knowledge on the covered topics, and I don't think I'd be doing as well in my class. Highly recommended!

Gabe is a very interesting and curious student. He makes a lot of efforts on his own and comes up with questions to better understand and test his understanding of linear algebra abstract concepts. Mark is an amazing tutee, he is simple spirited and listens well to absorb the information. He does the work I recommend for him to prepare well his exams and is always interested in learning and understanding the main concepts instead of just solving. I really like working with Mark :D

Yasmine is a very positive person, always cheerful and ready to help everyone.

A professional Women, knows very well what she is doing, she has helped my daughter with her maths lesson, she can get excellent grades and I notice very noticeable improvement after I studied five or six lessons with Mrs. Yasmine.

Yasmine is amazing! We were colleagues back in university. She is exceptionally gifted in maths. Time over time, I'd go for her to help me with difficult concepts. She's also an great teacher, able to teach what she knows in a clear organized enthusiastic way. She went on to complete a Masters degree from McGill, while also teaching some courses there, researching, and part timing as a data scientist. I would definitely recommend her!
