Hi! My name is Maya. I am a fluent English speaker based in Strasbourg.
I have always enjoyed English and using it in a natural, everyday way, which is why I want to help students feel more comfortable and confident when they speak it.
I am patient, calm, and I adapt easily to different people and learning styles. I understand that learning a language can feel intimidating at first, so I focus on creating a relaxed and supportive environment where students don’t feel pressured.
I enjoy working with young people and helping them progress step by step, whether it’s through conversation, school support, or simple practice.

My lessons are designed to help students feel more confident and comfortable using English in a natural way.
I focus mainly on speaking practice, pronunciation, and understanding, while also helping with school homework when needed. Each lesson is adapted to the student’s level and goals, so we can work at a pace that feels easy and motivating.
For younger students or beginners, I use simple conversations, reading exercises, and interactive speaking activities to help them build confidence step by step. For students who already have a basic level, I focus more on fluency, expression, and correcting mistakes naturally during conversation.
My goal is to make English feel less stressful and more natural, so students can actually enjoy learning it and improve without pressure.
