À propos de Fiona
Hi/Namaste I am Fiona, a certified Hatha & Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher.
Prior to teaching yoga I studied languages & literature at university and came to France to work as an English teacher in 2019. However last year in 2023, I decided to pursue my dream to teach yoga, and so I travelled to South East Asia to certify as a yoga teacher. I believe that yoga has the power to bring you back to the most authentic version of yourself. Yoga has really helped me through tough times in my life and I hope to share this magic with my students.

In my classes I will guide you through a series of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing) and savasana (relaxation), to help restore balance and peace in the body. My classes are accessible to everyone, no matter your prior experience. I have experience working with people with various injuries, as well as beginners all the way to advanced yogis, and I will always endeavour to find modifications & ways to make yoga accessible to everybody. Currently I am teaching in English but I am fluent in French and open to teaching in a mix of both languages.
Available for private classes both at home and outdoors, at your convenience.
