My motivation is to stretch/loosen your body gently so to minimise the risk of muscle tear and in-turn prepare you for the daily rigours of daily life. Body and mental health today is more important than ever as we endure the current world situation.

My methods are purely that of having a good healthy work-out with lots of smiles and laughter as this releases negativity in us. I am self trained and am doing this for us. I once played football for Chelsea FC and will implement all that I have learned to show you the benefits of a healthy body and mind!
