I am an American Actor & Voice Actor and I have been coaching English for over 15 years. I work with French actors, actresses, singers, public speakers, marketing and sales directors, cyber security agents, tour guides and concierges d'hôtel. Students of all ages are welcome!

I'm available to give classes face to face or by visio on the SuperProf video call, Zoom & Face Time, WhatsApp.

Your 1st 1 hour course is offered so that I can asses the level of your English skills & so that you can discover my unique & original methodology. And, you will always receive "bonus minutes."
At the end of each session, you are welcome to stay an extra 10 - 15 mins if you wish. For free :)

Coaching for job interviews in English:
I'll help you prepare your cover letter & we'll do "role play" where we simulate your interview with H.R. / Resources Humane. We will work on your presentation & then move on to the "Q & A" part, where I will ask you to tell me about where you received your education & what degree (s) you obtained.

Then, we'll discuss your work experience. Of course I'll have your C.V. with me, but I will also ask you to briefly share with me where you worked. What was your position & how did you like the experience?
Did you work independently or with a team.
Were you the Team leader?
Did you propose / share with the management your ideas about how the company could save money or maybe run more efficiently?
What did this experience teach you & how you could apply what you learned on your next "mission."
And eventually, "Why do you want to work for us?"

If there is any awkwardness in the beginning, don't worry, my coaching techniques will put you at ease & help you to build your confidence.

Today, Wednesday March 19th, Marie-France & I met for our 1st lesson. Marie-France has a very good level of orale expression & reading skills. And she wishes to improve her communication skills in preparation for future meetings on the TEAMS video calls for her job. After our initial introduction, we proceeded with a conversation followed by a brief Q & A. And then we completed our lesson with English tongue-twisters. This allowed us to clearly identify what areas we can work on together & make improvements. Bravo Marie-France! And Marie-France just requested booking a 5 lesson forfait. Solange has a very good level of oral expression & reading in english. There were some small corrections that we covered & she immediately improved. We agreed to continue our lessons together starting next week, after March 3rd 2025. As she is planning on traveling to the US, we will work on exercises that will improve her communication skills allow her to feel more confident. Well done Solange! Pete

Parfait ! Wonderful teacher!
Pete has been teaching English to my 7 years old son since 8 months now.
He's very patient. Not always easy to motivate my son after school, but Pete always does his best to make English fun and interesting.
He's also a great person, pleasant and always smiling.

Actually, Mélanie did contact me through SuperProf, but it was for english lessons for her son, Lenny.
Lenny is a very bright boy with lots of energy which we put to good use during our lessons. He is attentive, has a very good ear and easily repeats new vocabulary words that he learns. And is able to recall these new words at each successive lesson.
It's a real pleasure to work with Lenny.

Parfait ! I saw Pete aka Fantastic Pete twice since last week.
I really appreciated the way he teaches American English diction: he will help you achieve your goal thanks to a very funny and dynamic teaching. I've improved my "th" and "r" pronunciations and feel great about that, not ashamed anymore :D
Pete is kind, patient and available for bonus minutes if needed at the end of each class.
I recommend to take lessons with him!

Je travaille pour une entreprise internationale, j’ai eu un très bon score au TOEIC et j’utilise l’anglais au quotidien. Cependant j’ai eu du mal à commander un hamburger à Chicago ou bien à me faire comprendre de mes interlocuteurs ; ceci à cause de mon accent français ! C’est pourquoi j’ai fait appel à Pete pour être mon coach pour la prononciation. Deux fois par semaine, et chaque semaine, j’apprends à corriger mes erreurs. Désormais je vois une amélioration notable lors de mes conversations en anglais pour mon travail.
