I am a professional double bassist currently playing with the Brussels Philharmonic in Belgium. I have been teaching double bass since 2009 and have extensive experience both as a performer and teacher.
My background combines a strong classical and orchestral training with experience in a wide range of musical settings.

I offer double bass lessons for beginners, intermediate and advanced students, always adapted to each student’s level, interests and goals.
My teaching focuses on developing solid technique, a good sound and strong musical foundations. Alongside my orchestral experience, I have also performed in various bands and projects, including jazz, bossa nova, world music and pop. This allows me to help students develop the technique, groove, musical awareness and flexibility needed to play different styles.
I also have experience working with advanced students and musicians preparing for auditions, including repertoire, technique, practice strategies and performance preparation.
Whether you are starting the double bass, want to improve your playing, explore different styles or prepare for an audition, lessons are tailored to your individual needs and ambitions.
Lessons in English, Portuguese or Spanish.
