Alix is a great teacher - very patient, encouraging and experienced. I advanced a lot in my French ability with her. Thanks so much for all your help, Alix!

Alix is a very passionate and dedicated French teacher who makes learning enjoyable and pleasant. The French learning games and material she authored are cute and fun and the art is gorgeous!

I can't recommend her enough!

I had Alix as my one on one tutor for French at work. Alix was wonderful as she was understanding and supportive. She knew what was required of me in a work environment. She was tutoring me with an understanding of my needs and my personal strength. I strongly recommend her to others as a French language tutor.

Apologies if I am unable to write or communicate in French on this platform. However, as a parent, I highly recommend Ms. Alix as a French language teacher.

My daughter studied French with her from 2022 to 2024, and our experience was excellent throughout. Alix possesses all the qualities of a capable and dedicated language teacher. She is patient, encouraging, well-organized, and has a wonderful ability to engage young learners.

Under her guidance, my daughter not only established her French language skills but also developed confidence and genuine interest in learning this language. Alix always created a positive and supportive learning environment, making each lesson enjoyable and productive.

I am grateful for her commitment and professionalism and would confidently recommend her to any family looking for a reliable and effective French teacher.

As a student taking private courses at Alliance Française in Vancouver, Alix and I generally had a 2 hour session together once per week, mostly in a virtual session for a considerable period of time. In that context, we came to know each other quite well. Alix is highly intelligent, and very motivated to create interesting learning environments for her students. She is unquestionably completely professional in her work, and continuously demonstrated to me that she is committed to the concept of teaching as a critical part of human development for the old and young. As an example, at Alliance Française, a number of teachers experienced frustration in trying to teach young students, especially in relation to online learning. They preferred to interact with adults. Not so Alix. She enjoyed working with them and told me about a number of ways that she tried ( and succeeded ) in engaging their attention. She has a talent for innovative approaches that serve her well in her chosen profession. I wish Alix the very best in achieving her goals and dreams, and am grateful that our paths crossed through Alliance Française.
