After years of practicing yoga in different studios and countries, I decided to embark on a new adventure and signed up for a yoga teacher training at My Vinyasa Practice, a school based in Texas, USA. Besides my RYT 200 certification I also followed a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training.
