I'm passionate about languages and culture! Having lived in many cities in Latin America, as well as in the US and in the UK, I've gained a lot of cultural awareness and appreciation towards language varieties.
About my academic background: I have a BA in Modern Languages, a BA in Marketing, a Masters in Linguistics for Language Teaching (UK) and a Masters in Higher Education and Research. I'm a certified/sworn English-Spanish translator and interpreter. I have also taught Linguistics at university level and have worked at a boarding school in the UK.

I keep a dynamic learning environment where you can gain language skills at your own pace. I use interactive online materials, videos, e-books, and audio-visual aids. Fun speaking games and vocabulary quizzes have proved to be successful and engaging. You will have access to my virtual classroom to practice Spanish daily with fun resources in your own time. I'm a dedicated teacher who will apply the right methodology for you to have the best learning experience.
My lessons cover the use of languages in real-life contexts (great for those who go on holidays to Spain or Latin America!), written comprehension and lots of speaking practice.
