I've taught business and general English to several nationalities and to people from different walks of life including high-ranking executives of large multinational companies in Europe and other parts of the world. Throughout my English training career, I have demonstrated my ability to adapt to the diverse and changing needs of both corporate and general learners including those preparing for tests such as Cambridge Certificate and IELTS. I have helped various language institutions, including a Berlitz company, to provide exceptional English training to their language learners and corporate clients.
My business students, many of which have gone to reputable English schools, have shown preference for telephone/Skype classes, as they significantly lower the amount of time it takes for their communication skills to develop.
Some of my other experiences involve sales and marketing, business correspondence, event management, and international customer service. It is my goal to utilize my background knowledge and experience to be an effective and reliable teacher who will provide you with remarkable help in your English language development. Being keen on research, I am constantly on the lookout for innovative ways to support students of all backgrounds. As a homeschool teacher for elementary/high school students and business English teacher for professionals, I recognize the links and gaps between general education and career preparedness including the educational gaps in our constantly changing globalized world. I serve the training needs of high-ranking business executives in various countries with those learning gaps in mind. I have earned three university credits in Teaching English as a Second Language, along with my graduate units in professional education.
