An Australian healthcare professional with a passion for professional and personal coaching with over 6 years experience coaching. I assist individuals to overcome their fears and low confidence, that may limit their abilities in the workplace or in personal relationships.
As a CEO of a healthtech startup, a qualified pharmacist and digital health strategist, I have facilitated workshops, presented innovative lectures and motivational talks to students and companies seeking to grow and improve.
By creating a supportive and safe environment, trust can be established allowing individuals the courage to expand and choose better options for their own health and wellbeing.

My coaching method involves assessing where individials are at and offering a trusting environment where the person can feel safe to explore their personal and professional needs without judgement. I use various techniques and timelines to assess and develop short and long term goal setting. I provide coaching to all adults from different and diverse backgrounds. I am also aware of the many challenges people are currently facing during these difficult periods. My coaching is in English.
