I have studied English literature and then Arabic and Islamic Studies. I am a poet, journalist, script writer, translator, and currently a professional Arabic Instructor at Sciences Po University, Ahlan-Egypt for Educational and Cultural Activities, Cairo, and formerly at Département d'enseignement de l'arabe contemporain DEAC, Institut français d’Égypte, Cairo.

I teach both Modern Standard Arabic MSA and Egyptian Colloquial Arabic for non native speakers of all levels. I teach literature, written and audio press, translation, and Egyptian culture. Some linguistic activities e.g reciting poetry, singing, creative writing and acting are practiced in specific lessons. However, each lesson is basically designed according to the student's needs and required objectives of his/her level.
