About Me
Hello! My name is Tomomi, and I recently moved to Zurich.
I am a certified Japanese teacher with over 5 years of experience teaching at a national university in Thailand, at a language school in Tokyo, and online to students from all around the world. Teaching Japanese is my passion, and I truly enjoy helping learners discover not only the language but also the culture behind it.

My Lessons
I offer flexible lessons tailored to your goals and learning style. You can choose from:
・Free conversation with feedback on vocabulary & grammar
・Grammar practice and structured study
️ ・Writing correction and vocabulary building
・JLPT preparation (N5–N1)
・Daily conversation for travel, study abroad, or living in Japan
For beginners, I recommend textbooks such as Genki, Irodori, or Minna no Nihongo, and together we can decide which one best fits your needs. For intermediate and advanced learners, we will focus on the skills you want to improve—conversation, grammar, writing, vocabulary, or exam preparation.
Trial Lesson
A trial lesson is available! This is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your learning goals, and create a study plan just for you.
Location
Lessons can take place in Zurich (at a café, library, or your preferred location) or online if more convenient.
