I am a student in UCLouvain in BAC 1 medecine. I studied in the European school of Brussels III for the past 15 years and am fluent in French, English and Tamil. I also have bases in Spanish and German.

Before getting into the important things, I’d like to give a small introduction about myself: I’m a 21-year-old medical student studying in Brussels. I was born here and spent my school years at the European School of Brussels III, in the English section. Being taught by native British teachers and having been surrounded by the culture in general, I have a strong grasp of the language (if I say so myself). At school, I did very well in English and managed to achieve a 95% in my Baccalaureate for this subject (hopefully this adds some credibility).
Acquisition of languages are crucial in an increasingly connected world, with English being one of the most universally used languages. Whether it’s major tv shows and movies or scientific papers and conferences, English will often be the language of choice.
I hope to help you improve your English speaking skills. I plan on doing this by providing topics of discussion at each session: this should help the learner to improve their accent and learn certain phrases and ways of speaking that native speakers use. I will be correcting any mistakes during our discussions and will provide alternatives to use and how.
I will also if required be able to help out with reading, comprehension exercises and other forms of homework. If you have any particular English text books that you are currently using, I can adapt and help work through it.
I’m, as mentioned, fully frequent in French, Tamil and (rather obviously) English. I do also have some decent bases in Spanish and German.
Overall as a teacher I’d take my time to help out in whatever ways possible whilst being attentive, calm and understanding.
As for the lessons, we can do the first one as a trial, free of cost, to see if you like the feel!
