My name is Sierra.
My yoga journey began in China, continued in the US, and deepened in France, allowing me to explore the practice through diverse cultural lenses and teaching traditions.
Originally a sports enthusiast, I turned to yoga after a knee injury changed my path. What began as a way to heal my body soon became a lifelong passion and a philosophy of balance : between strength and softness, effort and ease.
Today, I love sharing this mindful approach with my students. For me, yoga is not just a physical practice, it’s a way of living, a gentle reminder to breathe, be present, and return to yourself.

I’m a Yoga Alliance certified instructor (RYT200), trained across China, France, and the United States, where I cultivated a global understanding of wellness and mindful living.
My classes are open to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners, whether it’s building strength, improving flexibility, releasing stress, or restoring inner balance.
Class formats:
• Private one-on-one sessions or small group classes
• Available both online and in person, depending on your preference and location
• A safe, inclusive, and calming space that encourages awareness and self-growth
