Namaste! I'm Keerthana — a certified yoga teacher from India, now sharing the timeless wisdom of yoga here in Paris. I was born and raised in India, where yoga is not just a practice, but a way of life. My journey with yoga began at a young age, and over the years, it has shaped not only my body but also my mind and soul. I completed my formal teacher training in India, where I studied under experienced teachers rooted in classical traditions. My teaching style is warm, intuitive, and adapted to each individual. Whether you are a complete beginner or someone looking to deepen your practice, I will guide you with patience and presence. My classes combine: *Hatha & Vinyasa flows for strength, flexibility, and balance *Pranayama (breathwork) to calm the mind and energize the body *Guided meditation and relaxation to reconnect with your inner self *Will help you plan a good healthy diet too I focus on proper alignment, body awareness, and mindful movement. Yoga, for me, is about finding balance — not just in poses, but in life. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel supported, empowered, and inspired. Currently, I offer private and small group classes in English or simple French, tailored to your goals — whether you're looking to relieve stress, improve posture, build strength, or simply take a break from a busy day. About My Teaching Approach I focus on helping my students achieve a balance between body, mind, and breath. My teaching approach blends traditional Indian yoga techniques with modern understanding of fitness and mindfulness. Teaching Techniques & Methods I believe yoga is for everyone — no matter your age, flexibility, or experience level. My sessions include: Prayer along with chanting, Warm up, Asanas (Postures) to build strength, flexibility, and posture Pranayama (Breathing Techniques) to improve focus and calm the mind Meditation & Relaxation for mental clarity and emotional balance Diet recommendation for gut health, illness and better lifestyle Each class is interactive, encouraging students to listen to their bodies and grow at their own pace. Typical Course Structure Warm-up: Gentle stretches and breath awareness Main Session: Asanas, flow sequences, and balance postures Pranayama: Breathing exercises to connect body and mind Meditation / Cool Down: Guided relaxation for deep calmness I also design personalized yoga plans based on your goals — whether you aim to increase flexibility, manage stress, or improve overall fitness.
