À propos de Natalia
Bonjour, My name is Natalia and I have lived in Paris for a few years now. I learned French later in life but I've managed to reach the advanced level in three years. Being Brazilian did help me I must say - because French and Portuguese are, after all, neo-Latin languages, which is to say we have similar grammar and conjugation structures and many, many words in common - with the same origin which is Latin. That said, it wasn't an easy process and it took me lots of willpower to be able to speak and write like a native. So, unlike the natives, I know what it is like to learn French and most of all, I know HOW to do it in an EFFICIENT way. Living in France did help me, of course ! But it's far from being enough, believe me. There are many foreigners who have lived here for almost a decade and still don't speak French, or, they speak pretty badly. You have to want it. Hard. And most of all, not be discouraged by the challenges along the way. And just enjoy the ride ! I am here to guide you along the path and to show you a new and exciting approach to language learning - that all polyglots know btw ;) So welcome on board !
