Trance is an altered state of mind that lowers the brain activities to Alpha, Theta, and sometimes even delta brain waves.
The mind is at full-tranquilized stage where it is grasping things very fast. In this stage, the sub-conscious part of the brain is fully receptive to positive suggestions. These implanted suggestions in conscious stage most often affect the way in which the mind then reacts to the situations related to those suggestions. The implanting of suggestions in to the sub-conscious mind is called “Trance Therapy”.
To illustrate with an example, when the output is poor, there is no point in changing the programmer or the hardware when the problem lies with your software. Likewise for many complications related to mind, we are the programmer, our body is nothing but the hardware and our subconscious mind is the software.
The mind is like a random generator of thoughts, and the thoughts trigger the emotions, then the body reacts, and this is happening most of the time.
This time we are going to converse this sequence…i.e. The body would trigger an emotion by reminding the mind with a certain choreographic movement, this movement would remove a negative content, or simply infuse a positive content, similar to NLP, but this time while using the whole body. Hence, the whole autonomic nervous system, and eventually all the motor/sensory nerves become fully balanced, and in perfect harmony.
Dance has been used therapeutically for thousands of years. It has been used as a healing ritual in the influence of fertility, birth, sickness, and general wellbeing since early human history.

All problems are due to miss-perceptions and with this Technique you can access the relaxed sub-conscious mind, identify those faulty thought patterns that are causing the problems and turn them around.
How do you identify 'faulty thought patterns'?
You simply look at any negative emotion you are experiencing at any given time and behind that emotion is a faulty yet repetitive thought pattern. Most of these patterns originate from your childhood. It has been discovered through 25 years of research in science, you don't have to go back to your childhood to change these thought patterns. You just change the updated version.
How do you change the 'updated' version?
Through deep trance while dancing you can access the 'Alpha' state of mind, which is commonly known as the sub-conscious. All your experiences since birth are recorded in the sub-conscious as thought patterns. These patterns can be changed regardless of how long ago they were formed.

1 – Stillness (Deep relaxation)
By entering at the deep 'alpha' state, your body will relax completely and your mind will become calm. This first step, in itself, affords you that blissful refreshing rest that we all cherish so much. It is even better than natural sleep because you are in complete control and can turn it on or off at will.
2 - The emotional mirror (The 12 Disciples Method) (Identifying repetitive patterns of negative/harmful thoughts, emotions, or actions, as well as destructive beliefs)
This simple mechanism enables you to identify your problem and turn it around. As all problems start in the mind and are caused by miss-perceptions, you will learn an empirically effective and powerful technique to reverse your negative patterns. With some guided movement method that should produce the state of trance, accordingly, your problem could be dissolved or solved forever no matter how long it has inundated you.

Discovering the possibility of movement and body coordination through a simple guided body manipulation where the group is divided into groups of two persons the 1st one will start by manipulating his partner's body in a guided process then we change the role to allow each person to experiment the two sides of the experience.
6 – The Spontaneous Emotional Movement trigger (Lathian)
The trigger of a simple mechanism, nothing but a Spontaneous Dancing Movement that will enable you to snap out of any negative frame of mind at any moment simply by practicing the Spontaneous Dancing Movement created exclusively by/for you. Once you have installed the guides of this trigger into the subconscious mind you literally have the potential and can turn any negative condition into a positive, happy outcome.
7 – Meditation (Double torus technique)
This final step deepens your relaxation state and your ability to concentrate your mind: creating tremendous power for your creative process. As well as releasing your untapped potential, it leads to the ultimate goal of humanity, which is to realize the 'True Self'.
