3 h workshop, suitable for beginners and experienced students, who want to understand more about the practice. Taught in English.
The four steps of a basic yoga nidra practice will be explained and practised. The sankalpa (resolve) will be introduced, clarified and applied in a second relaxation practice and time permitting a third relaxation will include simple visualisation images. We will use the easy pranayamas of deep abdominal and triangular breathing. These three practices will be recorded (hopefully!) and made available to the participants via a link sent by email later.
Please bring a mat, light blanket and cushions (for example to support the knees, or the head); wear light, lose and comfortable clothing to the sessions.
